AGREEMENT TO TERMS
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement made between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Page & Provenance ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the Page & Provenance website and any related media, applications, or services (collectively, the "Site").
By accessing or using the Site, you agree you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
USER OBLIGATIONS
- You must be at least 18 years old, or have legal guardian approval to use the Site.
- You agree not to use the Site for unlawful, harassing, abusive, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.
- You agree that any information you provide is accurate and up-to-date.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, features, and functionality on the Site, including but not limited to information, text, images, software, and code, are owned by Page & Provenance and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
USER CONTENT AND AI TRAINING
You retain ownership of any content you submit (reviews, messages, uploads). By submitting content, you grant Page & Provenance a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to use, reproduce, display, modify, and incorporate your content in Site functionality and AI model training.
AI Disclosure:
The Site uses artificial intelligence for personalization, recommendations, moderation, and other automated processes. Data and interactions may be used to help train, improve, and evolve our AI systems. The Site's features may adapt and change over time as our models learn from aggregate user behavior.
MODIFICATION OF TERMS
We may update Terms periodically. We will notify users of significant changes, and your continued use of the Site after update signifies acceptance.

- The Site is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." We make no guarantees about accuracy, reliability, or availability.
- Page & Provenance is not responsible for third-party content, links, or services.
- Limitation of liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Page & Provenance will not be liable for any damages arising from use of the Site.
TERMINATION
Page & Provenance reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access any time for violation of these Terms or for conduct harmful to the Site or others.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Clark County, Las Vegas, Nevada (TBD), without regard to conflict of law principles.
